Clifton’s Wine Emporium

For any lover of fine wine or just great everyday bargains, DBM Wines in Clifton Village is a must.

The shop can only be described as an emporium, with an eclectic range of hundreds of fascinating wines in evocative wooden boxes. With the usual Classics, there are treasures and treats from the whole globe and ideal gifts that will be remembered. Staffed by true enthusiasts and our Master of Wine, we delight in finding really good wines that are kind on the pocket and match the individual needs of our customers. You don’t need to carry it home either – we can deliver.

Richard, Aidan and Susan (aka Davis, Bell and McCraith/ DBM Wines ) have each spent over twenty years working in wine, they’ve tasted thousands upon thousands of wines and visited hundreds of vineyards and met the growers. They know what’s good and what’s not (Susan is one of only 300 Masters of Wine in the world), they know where to find the gems and the best prices and can offer you sound advice based on real experience. Whether you’re looking for everyday drinking wine or fine wine to lay down or for investment, you can talk to us. We believe that building relationships with both winegrowers and our customers, makes the whole process more enjoyable and more rewarding for everyone. click here to learn more about DBM.

Having established the business in 2009 at Leigh Court, a Georgian mansion just to the south of Bristol, in Spring 2013 we crossed the suspension bridge and made the move to Clifton Village the thriving residential area of Bristol. Our new Shop and Offices can be found at 14 Kings Road, Bristol, BS8 4AB.  Not much parking, but we offer free delivery locally and nationwide so please do not be too shy to come and visit!

Such a wonderful and interesting selection of wines in your shop. Your help and guidance was much appreciated and wines we chose were widely praised. Can’t wait to come back.
